Bio: 
Philip Suggars is a London-based writer with one huge eye in the centre of his head and an extensive collection of vintage binoculars. His story "An Unnatural History" won an honourable mention award in the 29th New Millennium Writings contest. He has no connection to Clarion West other than he'd like his dowager aunt to pay for him to attend someday.
