Excerpt
Her target walks about ten yards ahead and crosses the street. She slips across the street on the tail of a walk sign, and moves through the clots of disconnected strangers. She would be one of those if she couldn't blindcast. The target toggles his sender. Brogaine receives then "sees" his signal as a purple ruffled-feathers shape. The Giant's shaping zoom has memed her receiver. She likes the order out of chaos.
The target's signal strengthens as happiness amplifies his thoughts. He codes the building and it responds repeating sensitive information that unlocks the building and the man's financial accounts.

Publications
My fiction and poetry are not easily found, currently, but you can read my blog, Amicus Agraria. I have two websites, one for Holt Ranch, and the other is for my business consulting firm, Holt Capital, where you can find a few of the over 150 business articles that I have written under the "resources" section.
Writing Description
I write science fiction, mysteries, hybrids of the two, poetry, mainstream fiction, business-oriented non-fiction, and I blog about food-oriented issues.
Goals
My writing goals for the Write-a-thon are six Amicus Agraria entries and 2500 words of fiction or non-fiction a week. In fiction, I am currently writing the second in a mystery trilogy, and I am writing SF short fiction. In non-fiction, I have promised articles to EntreAlliance.com.
If I had a button, I would link to donations for Clarion West on my Amicus Agraria site, where I will post an open letter inviting donations on my blog; I will ask at least 10 friends to pledge $10 each.
