Excerpt:
The squealing tires, sounding like a mink caught in a steel trap, would echo in Zak's mind forever. In a roundabout sort of way, the sound had been the start of 15-year-old Zak's biggest adventure — the one that was to shape the rest of his life. Just as a foot race begins with the crack of a gun, and a horse race with a bell and "They're off!", Zak's race to save the animals of the world began with the squeal of tires and a sickening thump. From YA fantasy, Dominion Over All
Bio:
After attending  Clarion West '93, I focused on writing non-fiction, publishing over 350 articles in national publications and my book, Life On Purpose: Six Passages to an Inspired Life. Oh, I also co-founded Life On Purpose Institute in '96. Now it's time to focus on my visionary fiction starting with my two novels: Dominion Over All and The Saga of Amberlin.
Publications:
Many articles published in such magazines as Unity Magazine, AARP, Body and Soul, Yoga Journal, and Science of Mind, but nothing yet in the SF or fantasy area (key word -- yet <G>).
Writing Description:
I write visionary fiction -- stories that entertain and engage while also encouraging and enlightening.
Writing Goals:
My intention is to revise the 15 chapters of Dominion Over All. The original chapters are online at www.FastPencil.com and I will mark the revised chapters with asterisks as I go. I also welcome readers/reviewers to join me in this revision process. (The URL below is where you'll find the chapters)
Fundraising Goals:
My fundraising goal is for contributions of at least $100. When I reach this amount, I will match the money up to $100. I encourage my supporters to keep donating beyond the $100. Clarion West deserves it.
